Key New Features

Reports

• Build Reports: Create a single report from multiple document types and consolidate data based on your operational and financial needs.
• Enhanced Accounting Reports: Improvements and new additions to support more use cases and make analysis easier.

Security

• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Stronger login protection using a one-time password (OTP), with flexible options such as an OTP app or email, plus support for security policies based on trusted IP addresses.

Printing

• Improved Print Formats: New and enhanced templates to improve document output quality, including sales/purchase invoices, sales orders, journal entries, quotations, and vouchers.

Operations

• Advances Management: Organize advance/loan processes and link them operationally and financially.
• Offline POS (POS Offline): Keep selling during internet outages, then sync data once the connection is restored.
• Branch-level e-Invoicing Integration: Support setting up and connecting Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) e-invoicing per branch in a structured, independent way.

• Improved saving of the first invoice under a subscription.
• Improved default selling price behavior based on the first sale transaction.
